Client Situation: A large hospital network was having recurring problems with their Citrix farm of 84 quad-servers. Citrix was a new environment to the enterprise and their understanding of cross-server load balancing was minimal. Due to this lack of knowledge they were unable to provide a stable training environment for the enterprise-wide upgrade of their legacy computer applications.

The e-Practical Solution: We analyzed the problems and presented a plan to stabilize and maintain the Citrix farm. Within 2 weeks e-Practical contractors had the Citrix farm stabilized and the client was able to conduct training throughout the institution on a stable and dependable platform. They were also able to move forward with their applications upgrade with confidence.

Client Situation: An international vendor of computer hardware was engaged to replace 10,000+ PCs within a very large healthcare enterprise with multiple locations. The vendor required assistance in deploying and supporting this large deployment.

The e-Practical Solution: We were contracted by the hardware vendor to provide deployment resources for the complete refresh of over 10,000 PCs within the client network. We provided project management resources and technicians to work with department liaisons in discovery and scheduling of their department's computer refresh. We provided resources for the deployment of these devices as well as in-department post deployment support, for three days, after the new equipment was deployed.

Client Situation: A day spa, with two locations, required an upgrade of their office computers, server and networking.
